At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
M Group are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be part of our Project Management Team in the UK, working across a range of projects for our customer, National Grid. Reporting into the Head of Delivery, your role will be day to day management of our internal project resources & suppliers responsible for delivering both activities and ensuring that all aspects of the project are running to the timescales agreed.
What you’ll bring?
- Responsible for driving project delivery to meet milestones across all areas, ensuring quality and health & safety standards.
- Reports progress against targets, chairs meetings with customers and supply chain, and builds strong internal and external relationships.
- Supports customers, field engineers, and project teams.
- Required competencies include excellent organisational and communication skills, telecoms knowledge, leadership, ISO experience, and flexibility.
- Key skills: project/programme management, commercial acumen, Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Personal traits: customer focus, integrity, safety-first mindset, and team empowerment.
