Where will you be working?

M Group Telecom

At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

Were looking for someone organised, reliable and ready to get stuck in. As a Coordinator in our Telecoms Division, youll help keep our projects running smoothly. Youll work with teams across the business, making sure the right people and resources are in the right place at the right time.

Youll be based in our Blantyre office, working full time. Youll speak to engineers, planners and managers every day. Youll help book jobs, update systems and solve problems as they come up. No two days are the same.

You dont need to know everything about telecoms. If youre good with people, quick to learn and like to stay organised, well show you the rest.

What youll bring?

Coordinate and manage daily operations, prioritizing workstacks and collaborating with supervisors and suppliers to determine resource needs and schedule works. Coordinate access arrangements, support the delivery team, and assist with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and escalations. We seek candidates with telecom or utilities industry experience, prior administrative roles, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritise workloads. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications are essential. Ready to make a difference?
