Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for someone who knows how to get things done. If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems and making sure work is done right the first time, this could be the role for you.
As an Supervisor, you’ll be out on site, making sure our telecoms build projects run smoothly. You’ll work with engineers, contractors and local teams to keep everything on track. You’ll check that work meets our standards, that safety rules are followed, and that deadlines are met.

You’ll be the go-to person for your team. You’ll help plan the work, sort out issues and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing. You’ll also speak with clients and residents, keeping them informed and making sure they’re happy with the work.

We want someone who’s hands-on, confident and ready to take charge. You’ll need to know how telecoms build work, especially in multi-dwelling units. You’ll also need to be good with people, clear in your communication and quick to spot problems before they grow.

You’ll need a driving licence and be ready to travel.

What you’ll bring;

You know how to lead a team and keep a project moving. You’ve worked in telecoms or construction before, and you understand how multi-dwelling unit builds work. You’re confident on site, and you know how to manage people, materials and time.

You’ve got experience working with contractors and field teams. You know how to check that work is done properly and safely. You’re used to solving problems quickly and keeping things on track when plans change.

You’re clear when you speak and write. You know how to explain things simply and get your message across. You’re good with people and know how to build trust with clients, residents and your team.
You’ve worked with build plans and drawings before. You understand how to follow them and spot issues early. You know how to keep records and report progress clearly.

You’re comfortable using basic digital tools to track work and share updates. You’re organised, reliable and ready to take responsibility.

You hold a full UK driving licence and you’re happy to travel across Bristol and nearby areas.
