Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
You’ll run site surveys to check if locations are right for network deployment and acquisition, spotting constraints early and flagging practical issues. Collect precise site data, snap photos, and produce clear survey reports for design and planning teams. You’ll make sure sites meet planning rules, health & safety and landlord needs. Work closely with acquisition managers, landlords and internal teams to sort site-specific problems quickly. Support smooth, on-time site acquisition and build activities so we hit client programme milestones. You’ll be hands-on and flexible, communicating clearly with stakeholders and ready to travel between sites and proactively keep projects moving daily.
What you\’ll bring?
You’ve got proven experience in site acquisition or surveying within telecoms or infrastructure projects, with solid know‑how of planning regulations, property law and health & safety standards. You’re great at stakeholder management and negotiation, calm under pressure and able to get deals over the line. You hold a relevant qualification and can translate technical and legal requirements into practical, commercial solutions that keep projects moving. Happy to travel to sites as required, flexible and hands‑on.
