Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Lead Pipe Replacement project delivery team. Our teams deliver a large number of comms pipe improvements as part of the DWI commitment from Thames Water aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What will you be doing?
As our Reinstatement Supervisor, you'll be part of the Delivery Team and will be responsible for carrying out the safe, efficient and on-time delivery of the Lead Pipe Replacement programme in the Thames Water supply area and supporting our reinstatement teams on site. You'll take responsibility for the safe, efficient delivery of projects, leading and promoting a safe zero harm culture. You’ll follow M G Water Business Management Systems and processes to ensure right first time delivery, in a quality controlled environment. Write RAMS, T&IPS, briefings, TBTs, NCRs, control permits and temporary works on site. Supervising labour, plant and materials. You’ll manage customers and the general public impacted by our works. You'll build collaborative teams, managing specialist subcontractors, and following and promoting company initiatives.
