To support our growing sector within Magdalene we are looking for a BuildManager to be part of our Exchange Enablement team in the UK. What will you be doing? As a Build Manager you will be working within Operations and support the Project Delivery teams by managing the end-to-end tasks across all build activities. Your role will be to ensure that the Build Team functions are a cohesive unit, always providing Health and Safety compliant sites acting as a Principle Contractor . You will need to fully liaise with other teams, departments and other subcontractors across the Business on programming and delivery issues, in addition to fully supporting the HSEQ Manager in their duties. You are likely to work 1/2 days at home, 3/4 days on site to survey or liaise with Site Provider and supervise build teams. Please note, sites may be spread across the UK although predominantly in the SE, thus there will be travel plus occasional nights away This role fits within Magdalenes Fixed and Mobile Projects teamand will work collaboratively with the Head of Delivery
