Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
As our Assistant Quantity Surveyor you\’ll be working on our Thames Water Smart Metering contract based out of Dartford.
You\’ll be responsible for making sure data is accurate and timely. Provide assistance with initiating the Pre-Qualification process through communication with third party suppliers and internal Supply Chain team
You\’ll have the opportunity to assist with the management, preparation and distribution of Subcontract tender enquires. Create detailed subcontract AFP appraisals and account management.
You\’ll liaise with other members of the wider internal Project Teams and customers (General Public and Thames Water Utilities Ltd). Undertake costing activities, under direction, to support the Quantity Surveyors in submissions to the client.
You\’ll be providing assistance to the Commercial Team with day-to-day commercial administration.
