Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we are enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing? Strong knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN, Cisco network devices (routers and switches), and protocols including TCP/IP, MPLS, QoS, VLANs, BGP, VRFs, OSPF, and HSRP. Familiar with security best practices and experienced in operational environments, ideally within complex technology delivery roles. Demonstrates deep expertise in a primary technology area and solid understanding of multi-technology solutions. Skilled in staging and configuring devices, with broad awareness of interdependent technologies. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, able to understand customer needs and communicate complex technical information clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you will bring? Full SC Security Clearance or the ability to obtain LAN/WAN (Cisco CCNA) or 5 years' experience. Understanding of ITIL methodologies and best practices.
