You’ll be joining our Civils projects, delivering specialist civil engineering for both private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships through a collaborative approach.

M Group Highways is currently recruiting a cleansing operative to work with our litter team on the SIA Hinkley Point C contract in Bridgwater, Somerset. We lead the SIA service for NNB site operations, supporting civil engineering schemes mainly related to enabling works for the main Nuclear Power station construction.

What will you be doing?

• Collecting litter along walking routes on site at HPC and at park and ride locations, ensuring the compound remains tidy and orderly.
• Participating in winter service delivery operations.
• Following safe systems of work to maintain safety standards and ensuring work areas are tidy and secure.
• Adhering to site Codes of Conduct to uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental safety across the service.

What You’ll Bring

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively with the operational team.
• An understanding of health & safety practices.
