Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a Streetworks Coordinator to join our busy Telecoms team. You’ll help plan and manage Streetworks so that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.
You’ll work closely with project managers to build clear, practical plans. You’ll speak with local councils to get the right permits. You’ll also keep in touch with field teams and subcontractors to make sure everyone knows what’s happening and when.
Your job is to keep things moving. That means solving problems quickly, keeping people safe, and making sure we follow the rules. You’ll help avoid delays and reduce disruption for the public.
You’ll also keep good records, track progress, and share updates with the team. If something goes wrong, you’ll help fix it – and work out how to stop it happening again.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organised, calm under pressure, and good with people. If you like solving problems and making things work, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll bring;
You’ve worked in Streetworks before, ideally in telecoms or utilities. You understand how to plan and manage work on the roads. You know what permits are needed and how to get them. You’re familiar with the rules and regulations that apply, and you make sure they’re followed.
You’re a strong communicator. You can explain things clearly, whether you’re speaking to a local council, a subcontractor, or someone on your team. You’re just as confident writing updates and reports as you are talking things through in person.
You’re organised and focused. You can handle several tasks at once and still meet your deadlines. You know how to set priorities and keep things moving, even when plans change.
You’re good at spotting problems early and finding practical ways to fix them. You stay calm under pressure and make decisions with confidence. You’re not afraid to take the lead when needed.
You’re comfortable using software to plan and track work. You know how to keep records up to date and share the right information with the right people. If you’ve worked with telecoms infrastructure before, that’s a bonus.
