At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. We’re working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero. As part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of the transition to net zero, working with not just those around you, but across the Group - sharing learnings to deliver essential infrastructure services for life.
We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking People Partner to join our team, working closely with the Head of HR to bring our people strategy to life within a dedicated M Group division. This role is all about making a difference—partnering with business leaders to tackle key talent challenges, championing a culture that puts people at the heart of decision-making, and driving growth through thoughtful, effective people strategies. You’ll play a vital part in fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace where communication, recognition, and a shared sense of purpose thrive. Collaborating with Centres of Excellence across Talent, Leadership, ER, Reward and more, you’ll help shape a division that’s designed for both immediate success and long-term ambition. From leading on change initiatives to nurturing a future-ready workforce, you’ll be an advocate for our people and a role model of our M Group values every step of the way. Ideally we require someone who has experience partnering a business through change, ensuring a people focus end to end. Someone with experience in a smaller business where they will be required to perform a full generalist remit. Proven effective partnering with SLT and influencing at this level. OD experience.
