We are looking to offer a MI (Management Information) Analyst the opportunity to join our expanding Group Procurement team based remotely, with travel required as and when to Stevenage.

About The Role

You will report to the Procurement Analyst Team Leader and will work within the Group Procurement Function. You will be working alongside the Procurement team, providing insightful analytics. As the MI Analyst, you’ll get the opportunity to:

  • Manage the build and publication of bespoke Power BI reports to aid business decisions.
  • Work closely with category managers and assist with data driven analysis.
  • Provide analytical support for tenders.
  • Support Procurement team training related to data analysis and report usage.
  • Identify and execute process improvements to simplify and enhance our data and information flows.
  • Work with the wider business to create and maintain reports.
  • Support related procurement transformation initiatives.

What you’ll bring?

  • 2/3 years of experience within an analytical function is essential.
  • Proven experience using Power BI and ‘Power Query’ for data visualisation.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is key, for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal (including face to face).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
