This role will join BES – specialists, providing a fully-integrated service to clients within the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors. Using our expertise to create cutting-edge cleanrooms, laboratories and other sophisticated environments.Combiningdesign,digital innovation andconstruction capabilitiesto provide a complete multidisciplinary offering. From process engineering to structural and civil, architectural, mechanical/HVAC and electrical services.
- HNC or higher in Building Services or Building Studies
- IOSH Managing Safely trained
- Proven experience managing turnkey projects (construction, HVAC, M&E)
- Preferably experienced in pharma and healthcare builds, especially labs and cleanrooms
- Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures
- Fully up to speed with CDM regulations and senior-level principal contractor duties
- Great communicator with a customer-first mindset
