About The Role

Waldon Telecom, a part of M Group Services Telecom Division, is an essential infrastructure services provider to the mobile telecommunication sector in the UK. We work on behalf of large mobile network operators to acquire, design, and construct mobile telecommunication base stations across the country.

Due to our continued success, we are looking for aSenior Project Managertotake a leading role in the delivery of Vodafones mobile network development on behalf of Waldon Telecom.

What will you be doing?

As theSenior Project Manager,you will be responsible for delivering projects, programmes and activities on behalf of the Shareholders of the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Project to time, cost and quality.

You will spend time working from home, in our West Byfleet, Surrey OR Diseworth, Derby office, and alsoon customers site.

What will your key responsibilities be?

– Successful delivery of the programme scope to customer and company time cost and quality targets.
-Overall management of the internal cross functional team and related external suppliers.
– Overall responsibility for programme P&L; responsibility for delivery of programme revenue targets.
– Overall responsibility for ensuring the programme team has the skills and resources required for effective programme performance.
– Identifying and managing programme risk. Implementing mitigation and recovery plans where necessary to secure delivery.
– Defining and developing processes and procedures to promote safe, effective and efficient programme delivery.
– Managing internal and external programme governance and communications for positive stakeholder engagement.

What skills and experience are we looking for? (will add bullet points when I post the adverts)

– Extensive Project Management, Acquisition, Design, Build, Rigging and I&C experience/knowledge.
– Strong Leadership experience with a proven ability to drive delivery of large high profile wireless telecom roll-out projects.
– Natural ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders.
– Strong knowledge of all Network tools and systems.
– Proven background in Telecoms (Mobile Wireless ADC).
– Excellent I.T. and database skills. (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access).
