About The Role Waldon Telecom, a part of M Group Services Telecom Division, is an essential infrastructure services provider to the mobile telecommunication sector in the UK.

We work on behalf of large mobile network operators to acquire, design, and construct mobile telecommunication base stations across the country.
Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Rigging Project Engineer to be part of our Cornerstone Team in the UK.
What will you be doing? Working within Field Operations Department, the role of the Rigging Project Engineer is to support the Operations functionby supporting all build activities and quality of completed sites.
Assist with material and logistics, managing the end-to-end tasks across all Field activities.
Complete any required commercial BOMs and tenders for in house activities, alsoprovide technical support and expertise within the business and sub-contractors.
The Rigging Project Engineer will ensure that Waldon Telecom understands and can demonstrate its technical capability across its client base, ensuring that best practice is adopted, developed and due process mapped and followed through the project lifecycles to deliver services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Provide Technical Support and guidance for the business, assisting with any onsite kit investigations.
Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical issues and act as the technical lead on all Field Staff relations.
Demonstrate efficiencies and potential cost savings aiming for a right first time.
You are likely to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the Diseworth, Derby or West Byfleet, Surrey office.
Whatwill your key responsibilities be? Supporting with On the Day Reporting by liaising with teams on site to update on Client Daily Calls.
Assisting back office to ensure workloads, staff and processes are being adhered to.
Technical review of sites before build (Gating meetings).
Complying with H&S regulations.
Driving quality and RFT.
Reviewing Materials and Logistics.
Reviewing RAMS FOPs.
Quality checking HOPs.
Assisting with Quality of FOPs sites.
Reviewing checklists coming in from site completion, collate information over the month and identify trends.
Assisting at Final Account to ensure targets are being met.
Liaising with acquisition and design departments on site issues.
Ensuring sites are built to Detailed Designs and Scope of Works.
Highlighting and monitoring variations and discussing fully with relevant departments.
Ensuring full liaison is undertaken between Build and Field departments.
Ensuring QA procedures are implemented throughout the department.
Supporting Technical & Engineering solutions to site difficulties.
Providing information for Quarterly Departmental meetings.
What skills and experience are we looking for? UK Full Driving Licence.
Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis to conduct site audits.
Energetic and self-motivated.

Experience in a technical role within Mobile Telecoms
