As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a crucial role in equipping our workforce with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality telecom solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with both new and experienced team members, helping them achieve their full potential while maintaining industry standards.As a Trainer & Assessor your duties & responsibilities will be:

Train and coach individuals in the correct methodologies for workmanship to the point of accreditationWork with industry and our clients to ensure you are up to speed with the latest training and accreditations required for the workEnsure that the products and services we deliver for our clients conform to the specified requirements and agreed standardsAdvise suitable corrective and preventive action following the identification of any quality issuesRepresent as required for customer meetings ensuring customers and companys quality standards are understood and implemented accordinglyEnsure the provision of a safe and secure working environment in keeping with company policy and procedure as well as any legal requirementsProvide support to installation whenever clarifications of methods and/or procedures are required.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:Experience of working across the telecommunications industryExperience in training and/or assessing within Telecommunications IndustryMust have a range of existing telecommunications accreditationsNRSWA supervisor qualifications desirableOverview and good knowledge of the telecommunication industry fixed and mobile.This position offers the opportunity to work in diverse locations, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and adaptable to different environments.
