This role involves working under the Openreach network, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and support a team of field engineers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess team performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
