Your Mission: Inspire and Lead: Guide and mentor dynamic teams of solutions architects and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Design Mastery: Spearhead the design and architecture of fixed and utilities customer data networks, ensuring they meet and exceed industry and customer standards. Project Maestro: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Innovate Relentlessly: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement cutting-edge design solutions. Collaborate and Communicate: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and articulate design strategies to stakeholders. What You Bring: Educational Excellence: Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, or a related field.
