Where will you be working?
You will be joining our M&E team as a Non working Supervisor working on a section of works on Hinkley Point C.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be crucial to the planning, delegating, and monitoring the work of others on site to ensure productivity and quality, while also managing tasks like scheduling, performance reviews, training, and ensuring safety and compliance.
You’ll monitor the progress of the cable pulling operation to ensure it stays on schedule.
You’ll plan workloads and tasks for their team, delegate responsibilities, and set clear goals and deadlines.
Monitoring employee performance, conduct reviews, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
You’ll brief teams on company news, toolbox talks, objectives, and policy changes, and provide support to team members.
You’ll manage schedules, leave requests, and ensuring adequate resources and training for staff.
Maintain quality standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and ensure the workplace is safe and healthy.
We’ll ask you to handle complex inquiries, complaints, and conflicts within the team.
You’ll report on team performance and issues to senior management.
What you’ll bring
Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a team of electricians.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and electrical testing equipment.
Proficient understanding of health and safety regulations in the electrical field.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various parties.
Strong organisational and time management skills to oversee project timelines and resources.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics.
