Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential of extension. Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?
The Benefits Lead will have a strong focus on leading and facilitating improvements to a number of benefits programs, through to an outsourcing model. Challenging the current status quo, working across the Benefit Teams to ensure the proposed changes help reduce the administration and errors whilst remaining compliant with our legal obligations. Find ways to capture all required data collection points (T&Cs) within our current software solution (oracle knowledge would be an advantage). Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the workflow process of a number of key benefit programs. Leading and facilitating improvement initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to implement sustainable changes. Continuously monitoring progress to align with our outsourcing project plan (EXL).
