You’ll be joining our Highways team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? Supervise all scheme activities to ensure compliance with SHWEQ requirements and promptly address any non‑compliances. Monitor scheme programmes, communicate progress to stakeholders, and escalate delays or risks as necessary. Complete daily site scheme documentation and ensure adherence to M Group minimum standards. Ensure work activities meet agreed targets and that outputs are accurately recorded. Assist with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings Ensure all programmed tasks are carried out in accordance with the design specification. Deliver SHWEQ briefings to employees and supply‑chain partners on risks and Safe System of WorkWhat you’ll bring Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme NRSWA accreditation (New Roads and Street Works Act) Proven operational experience and relevant academic background HNC (Higher National Certificate) within a relevant subject CSCS card holderWhat’s in it for you?
