At M Group Energy we are enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role will be within our Transmission and Renewables team in Wales and South West England. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.

Step into a Site Foreman role where you are trusted to keep the site running smoothly, support your team and make sure work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You will be the go-to person on the ground, keeping everyone informed, organised and working together.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the site team day-to-day
  • Keep safety, quality and environmental standards on track
  • Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress, solve problems and report accurately
  • Maintain site records and documentation
  • Drive a positive, proactive site culture

What You’ll Bring

  • SSSTS, CSCS/CPCS, First Aid, HSG47, Temporary Works Supervisor
  • National Grid Competent Person status
  • 5+ years in transmission/distribution and 2+ years supervising
  • Comfortable with drawings, MS Office and site documentation
  • Strong communicator with solid people skills
  • Bonus: NVQ6+, Lift Supervisor, extra civils experience
