Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
- Identification of new sites for the installation of telecommunication equipment. This will include Greenfield masts, rooftop sites and street furniture.
- Consultation with Clients to determine network requirements.
- Obtaining aerial height panoramic photographs from identified sites.
- Preparation of search reports providing site specific information.
- Undertake land searches and issue documentation to engage landlord for access to survey potential location.
- Negotiation of terms including term of agreement, rent, review provisions in line with client instruction.
- Consultation with Planning Departments, submission of planning applications, negotiation with planning officers.
- Preparation of standard form lease agreements and site valuations.
What you’ll bring?
- Skilled in managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Ability to influence negotiate and persuade internal and external customers and suppliers at all levels.
- A minimum of 3 years experience of the acquisition of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of taking ownership of a portfolio of sites (new and upgrades) from commencement through to legal completion and handover to build.
- Excellent I.T. and database skills. (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access).
