We own and operate a fully licensed waste transfer station and compost facility, treat hazardous and non-hazardous waste, provide industrial cleaning and site support services—including specialist fabrication, robotics, chemical treatment, lagoon desludging and high‑pressure jetting—24/7, 365 days a year. Role Overview As a Plant Fitter / Site Mechanic, you’ll be a vital member of our on site maintenance team—working across a variety of plant and equipment—ensuring safe, efficient and sustainable operations. CORE RESPONSIBILTIES: Preventative & Pre-planned Maintenanceon: Biofilters, soil washing plants, centrifuges, trommels, DAF systems High-pressure jetting units and robotics used in tank inspections Servicing & Repairsof mechanical and hydraulic systems: Pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic circuits, conveyors isolate faults and execute timely, reliable repairs Keep accurate maintenance logs and strictly adhere to H&S and environmental protocols Why M.Gaze?
