We are looking for a strategic and user-obsessed Senior Product Manager, Client Experience to lead the next chapter of the M-Files client experience across desktop and web. You own the user experience in the classic and new clients, ensuring our customers experience a step-change in usability, performance, and modern look and feel.

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the new M-Files client experience on desktop and web, from discovery through general availability and broad adoption.
  • Define, prioritize, and track parity gaps between legacy clients and the new client UI, so customers can confidently migrate without losing functionality.
  • Translate customer pain points, support data, telemetry, and market trends into a prioritized backlog with clear problem statements and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with UX and design to ensure the new client UI sets a new bar for usability, accessibility, and consistency across desktop and web.
  • Collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions that affect performance, scalability, and cross-platform consistency.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for the new client (adoption, migration rate, task completion, user satisfaction, support deflection) and iterate based on evidence.
  • Evangelize the new client experience internally and externally through enablement sessions, customer briefings, webinars, and conference talks.
  • Coordinate with adjacent product areas (including AI-powered capabilities) so that the client UI is the natural surface where M‑Files value is delivered to users.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, including significant work on user-facing desktop and/or web applications and AI features that enhance user workflows.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping and scaling client applications, including UI/UX modernization, platform migrations, or major version transitions.
  • Strong product sense for productivity software: you can tell the difference between a feature that ships and a feature that gets used.
  • Experience defining and tracking adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics, and using them to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to align engineering, design, and go-to-market stakeholders across countries and time zones.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Based in Europe and able to collaborate effectively with teams across the EU and North America.
  • You can work from any M‑Files location in Europe, including the UK, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, or Norway.

Benefits:

  • International team of top performers.
  • Inclusive and dynamic culture (virtual and in-person).
  • Opportunity to contribute to our success and growth globally.
  • Flexible work/life balance.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

Applicants must already hold valid residency and work authorization in one of our European locations (GER, FIN, SWE, NOR, UK, or FRA).
