We are seeking an Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team, looking after commercial sites such as:
β’ Colleges
β’ Schools
β’ Office blocks
β’ Walk-in NHS centres
β’ Warehousing
β’ (No Retail)
You would need to have building services background, covering the Midlands and East Midlands. The role offers ample opportunity for planned and reactive overtime to boost your earnings.
HVAC Heating Engineer β Key Details:
β’ 40-hour work week (30 minutes lunch break, equating to an 8.5 hours per day)
β’ Overtime paid at 1.5x normal rate for any hours exceeding 8.5 per day.
β’ No on-call rota.
