This respected Interior/Architectural studio in a beautiful part of London is seeking talented candidates with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience to work on varied F&B/Restaurant/Entertainment projects in London and overseas.
Revit is a preferred software, but excellent candidates will be considered with strong evidence of relevant projects in their portfolio. This role is exciting as the projects require a high level of creative input and allow conceptual candidates to express their design skills.
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong creative concept work with evidence within the leisure sector.
- Taking initiative and ownership of all tasks assigned.
- Familiarity and knowledge of both contemporary and traditional interiors.
- Great organisation skills and a strong team player who is enthusiastic and flexible.
- FF&E and documentation knowledge.
- Knowledge of building regulations and restrictions.
- Assist in the overall creative direction and research current trends.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed design packages and corresponding specification books.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of all FF&E within the detail design packages.
