Project Manager/Design Manager - Social & Community Housing Projects
Respected community & social enterprise organization who are specialists in RetroFit looking to add a new Project Manager to the group. You will lead, design and coordinate retrofit projects in the social housing and community housing sectors. You will work closely with clients to procure and manage project teams and will provide continuity throughout the project process through to completion and handover.
Demonstrable UK experience in leading construction projects through to completion.
Strong people and project/design management skills, ability to communicate professionally and adapt to different audiences.
Applied knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and statutory approvals.
