Notable AJ100 practice who are fast growing within the Architecture Industry are looking to add an experienced client facing Senior Architect to run and manage a team, working on a new signature delivery project.
You must have had exposure to working on technically challenging projects alongside experience working on stages from developed design to construction/delivery on large residential/commercial and mixed use projects.
- You will need to have a strong design eye with experience working at post-tender stages.
- Be up to date with building regulations.
- Be able to review and critique technical drawings for more junior members of your team.
- Experience working on large residential or commercially led projects.
