Innovative AJ100 Architectural Practice of 80 seeks ambitious experienced Project Architect to work on a high profile commercial & mixed-use project currently at delivery stage. They have a strong sustainability focus with expertise in refurbishing and repositioning existing buildings for their clients and are well known for their design, talent and high quality of architecture.
Looking for a candidate with a proven track record of similar UK commercial project experience with a strong focus on delivery and stage 5. Must have a solid understanding of the construction process as you will support the larger team to deliver both project and technical requirements. You will have a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and strong technical REVIT skills.
