luxury interior design studio based in West London are looking for an experienced designer to join their fold.
Skill sets
Qualification Experience working on high end design projects, including costing, overseeing quotes and installations
Relevant design industry experience of at least three years Competent in the following programmes: Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Esti. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Must have a good eye for detail and able to produce material and fabric schemes.
Experienced liaising with suppliers and consultants, ideally some clients contact as well.
Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of financial aspects of an interior design project is desirable.
Requirements
To help design bespoke FF&E as well as sourcing off the shelf and selecting antiques. Co-ordination of suppliers, placing orders, processing samples and processing invoices.
Working with the project design team to produce the required drawings; elevations, RCP’s, Tender Packages and Joinery etc.
Attend project meetings and take minutes.
Be able to artistically render elevations and floor plans for client presentations.
