A top design studio in Central London is looking for an experienced Technical Interior Designer to join their growing team. We need someone with a great portfolio that shows technical drawing packages for London office interiors, covering both large and small projects.
Responsibilities and skills
- High level of Revit proficiency to produce accurate project joinery (some construction) detailing.
- Supporting members of the design team on various detailing problems.
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors on-site and across various London locations.
- Experience gained within a commercial environment in either Traditional or D&B practices.
- Substantial technical-design and project-delivery experience.
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting projects during delivery at all stages.
- Confident in working independently on projects and take ownership of on-site issues with architects and contractors.
