A luxury design studio that creates exquisite 5-star hotels in the UK and globally is looking for a project coordinator/technical lead with hands-on design experience to work on their luxury hotel interiors. This is a key sector and non-negotiable.
The candidate will need the ability to use AutoCAD or MicroStation for high-level drawings (concept and development design stages), with some BIM and Revit experience/knowledge rather than a pure BIM manager.
The role requires managing an internal team of approximately 5-6 designers and liaising with the client’s drawing office in Delhi. You will have the confidence and experience to coordinate with external project consultants (Architects, HVAC, MEP, Acoustic, AV, etc) via online meetings and site visits both in the UK and overseas.
Please note that only UK experience is considered, but projects can be overseas. Only 5-star hotel experience will be considered. Senior applicants only please.
