Workplace Project Designer required for a progressive London studio. Excellent PITCH experience required and evidence of client interaction along with proven creative concepts of the highest London standard! The interiors are exceptionally diverse, and you will be expected to deliver multiple projects at any given time.
This role requires a Designer who has come from either a D+B or an Architectural practice, so long as the ideal candidate respects the speed of fast-track projects. The lucky candidate needs to be charismatic and confident and able to produce slick presentations along with internal team support.
This role is for someone with self-belief in their design knowledge and a natural leader who inspires when mentoring younger designers. Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and supporting software required even at this senior level.
Experience working on large scale Fit-out projects is a must as most projects are multimillion pounds in fit-out value. Architectural Interior Designers or D&B welcomed.
