Pitch Design and Build London £80,000pa – £120,000pa + Commission Must have previous D&B experience within the London arena. Client Design practice who specialises in the Design and Build market producing cutting edge workplace interiors across London. Friendly collaborative studio who are one of London’s top contenders when it comes to not only the design but delivering visionary and compelling environments. The Role As a lead Project Designer, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept design through to concise technical packages. (along with team support) The projects range from small to large multi-million pounds and are exceptionally diverse. You will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience having worked on inspiring London fit outs previously. You need to be skilled at presenting your ideas and will be expected to deliver multiple projects at any given time. The Candidate Previous experience as a Design and Build Pitch Designer in the Workplace sector is a must. The ideal candidate will need to be charismatic and confident with slick presenting skills to high profile clients. A strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up and InDesign needed plus strong hand sketching. Collaborating is crucial both with junior designers, precontracts and site teams. Understanding of how design concepts can be translated into technical packages Along with creative skills you will be required to work within tight deadlines sometimes working within financial constraints.
