This respected Interior/Architectural studio in a beautiful part of London is seeking talented candidates with 5/10 years minimum experience to work on varied F&B/Restaurant/Entertainment projects in London and overseas. Revit is a preferred software, but excellent candidates will be considered with strong evidence of relevant projects in their portfolio.
This role is exciting in that the projects require a high level of creative input and allow conceptual candidates to express their design skills.
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong creative concept work with strong evidence within the leisure sector.
- Taking initiative and ownership of all tasks assigned to them.
- Familiarity and knowledge of both contemporary and traditional interiors.
- Great organisation skills and a strong team player who is enthusiastic and flexible.
- FF&E and documentation.
- Knowledge of building regulations and building restrictions.
- Assist in the overall creative direction and research current trends.
- Assist in the preparations of detailed design packages and corresponding specification books.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of all FF&E within the detail design packages.
