Architectural Project Manager (London Area)

Project Manager for Social & Community Housing Projects, where you will lead, design and coordinate retrofit projects in the Social Housing sector.

Skills & Qualifications :

• ARB registered
• Demonstrable UK experience in leading construction projects through to completion.
• Experience in leadership of multi-disciplinary teams with confidence in working collaboratively with peers, delivery partners, stakeholders and clients.
• Strong people and project/design management skills
• Up to date knowledge of traditional and modern construction techniques with experience in compiling Employers’ Requirements and administrating contracts.
• Applied knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and statutory approvals.
• Applied understanding of various contracts, procurement routes and supply chain.
• This role is suited to someone who cares about social housing, sustainability and working towards achieving positive and lasting change ensuring greener housing options.
