As a Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping.
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging and meaningful activities.
- Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
- Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
