M & D Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Residential Support Service in Wales. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will help lead the staff team and advocate for person-centred care, ensuring the team can deliver the best possible support to the people we care for.
You should ideally hold a QCF level 3 qualification (or be working towards it) and have proven care experience. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
