M & D Care is looking for Senior Support Workers to join their new Specialist Support Service in Hirwaun, Wales. In this role, you will help lead a dedicated staff team providing person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.

You must be QCF Level 3 qualified or working towards it, with a valid UK Driving Licence. The position offers 37.5 hours per week with various benefits including holiday pay and a pension scheme.
