M&D Care in Pontardawe is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our residential service as we open a new phase. You will help lead the staff team, advocate for residents and ensure care is person-centred and responsive to each individual's needs.
You will report to the Registered and Deputy Managers and support staff to perform their duties effectively, while maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding the wellbeing of people we support. This role is 37.5 hours per week.
