M&D Care is a family-run organisation providing specialist, person-centred care across Southwest Wales. We support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Job Purpose
To provide emotional and practical support to the people we support in all aspects of daily living. In this role, you will make a significant difference in ensuring the people we support have a full and meaningful life. You will become part of our incredible team, helping to deliver emotional and practical care and support for vulnerable adults and transforming their lives on a daily basis.
