We are looking for staff who wish to work NIGHTS only, as well as staff who can meet a full rota to include day and night shifts. As a Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE WORKING NIGHTS.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping.
- Promote independence, dignity, and well‑being through engaging and meaningful activities.
- Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
- Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
- Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
