As Assistant Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care to vulnerable adults. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, staff development, and the highest standards of support for individuals with complex needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to vulnerable adults, enhancing their quality of life.
- Support the Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and service objectives.
- Lead operations in the Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and high standards.
- Maintain and evaluate care records to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
