Position Title: Rota Coordinator

Were looking for a highly organised Rota Coordinator to manage and optimise staff rotas across our care services. Youll work closely with care managers to ensure the right staff are in the right place at the right time, supporting high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage rotas across multiple services
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate cover for absence, leave, and training
• Maintain accurate staff data and ensure GDPR compliance
• Liaise with managers and teams to meet service needs
• Support payroll queries and staff wellbeing

What Youll Need:

• Experience in rota management and the care sector
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills
• QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
