Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker in Llanelli SA15 and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, you'll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. This role will include working nights.
M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs. Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping.
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging and meaningful activities.
- Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
- Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
- Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
