We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager for our new residential service, Ty Gwerthfawr, in Pontardawe. This purpose-built service includes 12 ground-floor flats, 10 of which are wheelchair accessible, and is designed to support adults with complex needs in a person-centred, flat-based model of care.
