M D Auto Care is Aylesbury's highest-rated independent garage (4.9 stars from 550+ Google reviews). We're looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join our friendly team on Rabans Close. This is a dedicated MOT testing role. Start date: ASAP.
Salary
- Salary £36,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

- Modern, well-equipped workshop with a steady flow of Class 4 MOTs on all makes and models, cars and vans.
Responsibilities
- You'll be carrying out Class 4 MOT tests to DVSA standards, recording results accurately on the MOT testing service, explaining failures and advisories clearly to customers, and keeping the test bay clean, safe and compliant.
Requirements
- Current MOT Tester licence (Class 4) with annual training and assessment up to date.
- Proven MOT testing experience in a dealership, independent garage or test centre.
- Thorough and accurate with the MOT inspection manual.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication with customers and the workshop team.
- Applicants must live within commuting distance of Aylesbury (HP19) and have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
