Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a good business relationship with all accounts.
- Focusing on delivering value to M Comm and retailers\β revenue growth.
- Increase customer base by opening new retail accounts in your allocated areas.
- Provide activation reports to retailers to maximise on revenue opportunities.
- Analyse stock level of each account to ensure there is no surplus/deficits in stocks.
- Ensure the correct products are distributed to the retailers.
- Train retailers on sales portals, technical solutions, and services to facilitate growth.
- Liaising with Regional Sales Manager and delivering right inputs for strategic decisions.
- Educate retailers with any new changes on the products and services or any promotional offers which adds value in increasing revenue.
- Utilizing BI tools to provide sales insights to retailers and management.
- Keeping accounts informed on prices, credit details, delivery dates, payments, and arrangements of any delivery and installation of goods.
- Make follow-up visits to meet customer satisfaction and to get further orders.
- Provide feedback on competitors, customers and any recommendations on our existing sales and marketing strategies.
- Market and promote M Commβs products across targeted demographics whilst supporting ad hoc marketing activities at events etc.
- Maintain record of Sales, Orders and complaints on our portal.
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
- Planning and executing sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
- Working towards monthly targets.
- Develop strategic account plans for key retailers to drive long-term growth and profitability.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to introduce new products or services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns for maximum impact.
- Monitor and improve retailer satisfaction levels through regular surveys, calls, and feedback sessions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with retailers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
