As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of our quality function, lead our talented quality team and drive continuous improvement across the business. About M-CNC

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for leading the quality strategy across the business, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation. You'll be the key point of contact for customers on all quality-related matters, managing audits, non-conformances, supplier quality performance and the ongoing development of our Quality Management System.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have genuine influence on operational performance, customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Leading, developing and mentoring the Quality Team
- Maintaining and enhancing the AS9100 Quality Management System
- Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Monitoring quality KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting supplier development and quality performance
- Acting as the primary customer contact for quality concerns
- Advising on metrology, measurement techniques and inspection best practice
- Working closely with leadership to reduce risk and improve operational performance
Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a precision engineering or machining environment
Background in aerospace, defence, automotive, motorsport, medical devices or similarly regulated manufacturing sectors
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capability
Experience managing quality teams and developing people
Strong understanding of metrology and inspection processes
Commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset
NEBOSH qualification
Experience programming and using CMM equipment
Experience completing AS9102 First Article Inspections, PPAP and ISIR documentation
